(Spanish Mead Association), the Queen\u2019s Cup has earned its place as a benchmark event in Spain thanks to its strict criteria when evaluating mead recipes.<\/p>\n In this tribunal, recipes must be excellent, as the judges apply a technical standard that accepts no beginner quests \u2014 only deep organoleptic analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n For that reason, we thank AESHI for choosing us as judges in
